Jodi Greenblatt, LMFT
Co Director, New Reflection Therapy. Licensed in Florida
Jodi earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and brings over 20 years of clinical experience to her leadership. Her career reflects over two decades of leadership and commitment in diverse treatment settings—including outpatient private practice, employment assistance programs, community mental health, psychiatric hospitals, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment centers.
Her extensive background includes supporting individuals with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders, as well as substance use challenges. Jodi is passionate about guiding clients through life transitions, helping them strengthen their coping skills, navigate relationships more effectively, and build healthier self-esteem.
As Director of New Reflection Therapy, Jodi leads with a strengths-based, holistic, and trauma-informed approach. She integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy with a deep commitment to personal empowerment and growth. Her vision for New Reflection Therapy is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can access compassionate care from highly skilled therapists nationwide.

Dana Glasser, LCSW
Co Director, New Reflection Therapy. Licensed in California
Dana earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work, with a specialization in psychiatric social work, from San Diego State University. Dana brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.
Her career includes co-founding two organizations in San Diego dedicated to supporting adults living with psychiatric illness. Dana served as the Clinical Director of Hope Village Chesed Home, where she supported individuals and families affected by mental illness. In this role, she helped clients transition from hospitalization to board-and-care settings, independent living, and ultimately to successfully graduating from the program and living independently in their own homes. Dana provided individual, family, and couples therapy and worked closely with families throughout the recovery process.
Dana later went on to co-found Kindness Initiative San Diego, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of services, including mental health care, housing support, healthcare navigation, and case management. In addition, Dana has supervised San Diego State University social work students during their field practicum, contributing to the education and mentorship of future clinicians.
Her professional experience also includes work at UC San Diego Outpatient Psychiatry, Sharp Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Postpartum Health Alliance, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice. Dana specializes in working with individuals affected by narcissistic abuse, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, complex relational dynamics as well as neurodiversity and is an ADHD certified coach.
Dana is deeply passionate about helping her clients find peace, happiness, resilience, and emotional balance. She is committed to ongoing education, research, and professional growth to continually expand her clinical expertise. Known for her warm, compassionate, and authentic approach, Dana provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and understood.
Dana utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. She provides individual, family, and couples therapy, and offers support and mediation for high-conflict families, helping clients navigate challenges with clarity, empathy, and empowerment.
